Incompetente support
I’ve been a PokerStars user for years, but this is the worst experience ever. I can’t withdraw my own money because they keep rejecting my IBAN, saying it doesn’t match old payment methods I can’t even change. Support is absolutely useless — copy-paste replies, no real help, no accountability. After weeks of trying, I still have no solution. For a company handling people’s money, this incompetence is unacceptable and feels borderline scammy. PokerStars, please contact me directly to resolve this.
