Poor quality/faulty products sent out

Poor quality/faulty products sent out. Contact by telephone no one is ever available to deal with your complaint. Staff not helpful..
Sent pictures of faulty goods, so it could be investigated no response or explanation given. No refund while this was taking place. Outcome send items back for refund!!

Some Clarins products not sealed

Ordered Clarins products some items came unsealed. . I was informed by Allbeauty that some suppliers do not seal products. Bought for present - unable to give.
Im aware that Clarins products are sealed in cellophane or box for product hygiene. So not happy with response.
No apology or replacement told to return product! for refund.. not the best customer service.
