Unfortunately you were let down by dhl sent a message saying will be delivered 5.30 pm to 6.30pm turned up at 2.30pm knocked door then instantly walked to side gate and dropped it over the top of back gate doesn't look damaged but wont use you again

Super speedy delivery came a lot…

Super speedy delivery came a lot quicker than I expected. I did ask a question on the chat bit but didn't get a reply but not totally sure I done it right your part numbers why do you not use the same number that's on the part instead of having your in house numbers as a result it was the wrong part but luckily easily modified & works even better with less moment than the proper part as didn't have time to send back & wait for the right one

Our chat is manned during store hours, but outside of this it shows as a message only option, which could have been what you were seeing.

Our part numbers are 99% matching to the manufacturers, so I am unsure how the code was incorrect. I am however glad that it worked for you that you are happy with our service.
