Great service, and very stable, capable internet

Been a customer for at least 5 years now, and I am not moving into a new apartment, so I made a new contract.
Discussed through emails with Filippa, which was awesome at helping me out and sorting everything needed for me to get everything working. I have nothing but praise for her support, but also the past 5 years of using Hiper. It's been the most reliable internet provider I've used in Copenhagen, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

THIRD package left for delivery 8km away.

THIRD package in a month that has been delivered 8 kilometers away from my home. I was NOT asked where to have it delivered, Postnord just chose to send me halfway through Copenhagen in order for me to do what they're paid to do. Deliver a package.

Wish it was possible to give zero…

Wish it was possible to give zero stars.

My SECOND package in the last 2 weeks that has been dropped more than 8km away from my home, for pickup. What kind of service is this if I have to go halfway through the capital just to reach the location where I'm supposed to pick it up?
I've had MANY problems with Postnord in the last 2 years, from lost packages that the Postnord delivery woman was lying to my face saying someone in my home signed (but refused to show me the signature from) to them not finding anyone home to deliver when my sister works from home. Now they deliver this package 8.8km away from me saying no drop-off points were available closer? This isnt even incompetence anymore, this is simply malevolence.

Failure after failure and lies upon lies

7 out of 10 packages do NOT get delivered, although there is always someone home, always the same excuse of "attempted delivery, recipient was not home".
To top it all off, my latest package was not delivered even though we were two people at home all day, last wednesday, and then eventually received notification that it is ready for pickup on saturday. So I went to the postnord pickup point that same day, just to find out that they cannot scan/find my package at all. I'm supposed to pick it up, but they apparently don't even have it. Went again today, tuesday, and my package is still magically lost. Schroedinger's package, I guess, it's not like I paid money for it AND for the services that postnord are incapable of even submediocrely provide...


Cherry on top: my sister's driver's license was delivered today to a different person ON A DIFFERENT STREET. How the #$*@ does one mistake Irmavej 2 with Krydderivej 1, it is beyond the understanding of a mere mortal such as myself. Again, a driver's license. A picture ID that can be used for so many things...
Fortunately, the person who received it was nice enough to post in the local facebook group about it.
I wish I could have been allowed to post pictures in here, to show the printscreen of how we found out about the location of the driver's license...

We have been having issues with Postnord's couriers in our area for a long time, both my household and some of my neighbors(the ones that I know, at least) have kept writing complaints more than once a month for about a year now, but nothing seems to be done about it. They just don't care.

Scam company

Scam company.
I purchased a Lycamobile sim card and bought the 179kr subscription to use it as mobile hotspot (as advertised on their website as being fine and allowed). Worked well for almost a week, but now it has slowed down to an absolute crawl. 0.4-0.9 mbps (that's BITS, not bytes) on Speedtest means I can barely open websites with it, even though I'm paying for the unlimited data package (so i shouldnt be throttled for any reason).
Contacted customer support about it yesterday, the agent told me they will look into it and get it fixed. Received an sms with my support ticket number (91656985) and later in the day an sms saying that the issue has been marked as "resolved". It has not been resolved, the speed is just as atrociously bad as before. So I attempted to contact support today as well. An agent got connected, I started writing the problem... but no reply , no answer, nothing from the agent. I waited in that chat with "Maria Ronalie" for 30 minutes, she has not said a word. Seems the internet wasn't the only thing slow/broken in Lycamobile.
Throwing away the sim card from these scammers, going to look for a different subscription from some more reputable company.

EDIT AFTER RESPONSE:
I HAVE tried it outdoors, although I would like to comment that i refuse to accept that as an excuse. We use our phones everywhere, and the drop in speed and ping is far too large to be excused, especially when it worked fine a week before.
The sim card has been tried in: Oneplus 8 Pro, Xiaomi 11T Pro and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3. In all phones, download speed varied between 0.3mbps to 0.6mbps download, upload was between 0.4mbps and 0.5mbps, with a lovely ping of 86ms and usually between 20-30% packet loss. Jitter 81 and above.
I will not bother anymore. I have already cancelled my automatic renewal of lycamobile subscription and decided to go with another different phone company. I will not spend a week or more (for which i'm paying) for you to find excuses and your customer service to enter chat but not talk.

Unprofessional, amateurish, no afterthought between products

Ordered a number of products that were all in stock. Still took two weeks for them to ship it, followed by a label being created but not working for another 2 weeks.
By the time my order finally arrived in my possession, they already released TWO new versions of the docking station (one of the products in my order).
I even contacted their Facebook customer support, explaining politely what I am just curious as to when it ships, and received a short, almost monosyllabic answer of "next week. you will have to wait". So 1 star for the customer support as well.
Speaking of said docking station : it is NOT compatible with the protective case that I purchased in the same time. I mean, why would two products for the same device, made by the same company, be designed to work with each other? So if I wish to keep my SteamDeck safe, I keep the protective case on, and when I want to use the dock, i have to take it off every time. Very nice, such well thought out products.
The cheap dock I ordered from Amazon while being bored of waiting for the Jsaux one fits their protective case. Tightly, but at least it fits, it costed less and arrived the same week i ordered it, as opposed to a month later in Jsaux's case.

I will give my opinion about their products, just in case anyone bothers reading:

- The Carrying Case BG0102 : functional, but nothing out of the ordinary. Does not work well with the Protective Standing Case PC0102. You can barely fit the SteamDeck inside it due to the protective case, having to actually press against it to close the zipper. Charger or powerbank fit underneath, but only one, not both, unless you have a uselessly small powerbank.

- Upgraded Docking Station HB0603 : while waiting for it, they released two more models (one almost identical but with DisplayPort which disappeared from the website in the meantime, and the new one with NVME slot), which really shines just how fast they spew out new products, and how slow they honor their orders (it was in actual stock when I ordered it). It is a functional dock, yet nothing different or better overall compared to the same priced and cheaper ones available at Amazon, which generally arrive in the next few days, not after a month.

- Protective Standing Case PC0102 : far too thick for what it needed to be. That makes it completely unusable with the docking stations made by the same company, and makes it difficult to use overall, especially if you have big hands/fingers. I have relative difficulty using the volume buttons, and very high difficulty to press the Power button with the tip of my nail, barely, due to how deep inside they are thanks to the exaggerated thickness of it. It probably provides decent protection, I did not see a reason to drop it on the ground and risk my device to test it. Also has difficulties fitting in their carrying case.
I would really not recommend it to anyone.

- Screen protector GP0107 : functional, fits well, cut the right size. Cannot really praise it, but I cannot fault it either. Just a run of the mill glass protector, identical in thickness and size with all the others.

- 90* Right Angle usb c adapter DD0008 - small, functional... and that's about it. Same as the glass protector, nothing great, nothing bad.

Will NEVER order or recommend Jsaux products to anyone. Quite the contrary, this has been the most submediocre experience in terms of online shopping that I've had all year.

Employee never bothers to actually ring and deliver.

I would like to submit a formal complaint about the PostNord employee delivering to my area. This parcel was one in a very long list of packages not delivered to me because "nobody was home". The reality of the situation is that there is ALWAYS someone in my home, as my sister works from home. I have already confirmed with her that she was indeed home all day today, including when the PostNord employee somehow did not find anyone home, did not ring the intercom, did not ring the doorbell. I do not care for excuses anymore, it is not the first time I have this problem, and I paid for a service, I wish to receive said service. Not to wait an extra day and go 2km away to pick it up because the employee who's job is to deliver it cannot be bothered to properly do their job.
