This review covers the whole season. I ordered 10 plants this season. Three of the plants received were outstanding (5+), Six of the plants were great (4.5) but one plant was underwhelming (2). I expected more for the price that I paid. Overall the plants were a 4.75.
There was a major problem with one of the deliveries. The strap holding the pot in place broke and one plant fell on top of the other plant destroying both plants. I called the sales area and sent pictures of both plants. The pictures showed that both plants were totally destroyed with over 75% of the stems broken on both plants. They still requested more pictures. Eventually the issues was resolved and both plants were replaced at no charge.

I have used Lots of Plants for years and always received a top quality product.
This year the plants I received had dry soil and wilted leaves. That is the reason for the four star rating instead of the usual five star rating. I believe the problem was with UPS who delayed the delivery of a live plant order in hot summer conditions.

The plants were wilted and the soil was dry when the order was received. I feel this was a UPS issue.
Hopefully, the plants can recover.

Great staff. They mtook the extra time to make sure we understood all the options of the purchase and they got us the best deal possible.
