My first order with Gear Tech was a disaster!! I won't be using them again. Purchased 2 of the SafeKid trackers after reading the description online thought it would do exactly what it said on the box and help me track kids from home to school on 5 min journey. They didn't! Complained straight away and asked for refund, emails went back and forth clearly AI assisted drafts on their side and refused to admit that they are misleading customers on the products capabilities. Left a review on their website against product which was factual and non aggressive they took it down within 3 minutes which is why their website only shows positive reviews. Wish I had known! What a waste of money. Just terrible!

Friendly and Prompt - turned up within allotted time, really nice chap and fixed the dishwasher! Great service.

Recycled paper loo rolls are great! last ages and are soft. Didn't get on with the bamboo ones, kids said they were rough, so gone onto the regular rolls. Think 24 rolls lasted us around 7 weeks so works out good financially and for the environment! Win win.

Emailed due to an odd message coming up about my meter, Melody got back to me the next day and has rectified everything in a jiffy. Pain free experience, polite and efficient. Thank you Octopus, after years of having problems with providers your a breath of fresh air!

Hayley Dye has been amazing from start to pass! It's been a great experience. Never thought I'd get here but I did it. Thank you for your calm, positive attitude Hayley and for going that extra mile! Would highly recommend.
