Update from last review

After my last review going online , my Woofs delivery has finally arrived.
Shame that I had to complain but after my experience of first lost order felt I needed to.
One happy dog now and owner.

Dissatisfied with no order and bad communication

I have been trying to contact Woofs as no update on order that has been lost .
Re-ordered and this is also proving difficult to track . Money has been taken from bank but no way to follow the order up.
I have emailed and tried a phone number ( which is saying, number not in use ) this number is being shown on the Web page
as contact .
No response via email either.
Disappointed in this service, have used in the past but will definitely reconsider what treats to get now .
If no response or show of order soon I will contact the bank to get a refund

I had a query re an extra ticket that had been purchased inadvertently

I had a query re an extra ticket purchase, Jonathan was very good In his response putting my mind at ease and clearly setting out the process.
It was a good experience and Jonathan is a credit to the company.
