After sales service very poor

After sales service very poor - ie "we don't have fitting instructions, just google it"

Really dis-interested person on the phone

Also, product description is plural, but the kit is for a single window so you need to buy two kits

Hive keeps trying to sell add-on…


Hive keeps trying to sell add-on services & there is no way block these
They are removing the web login
You cannot access the devices on your local network if you have no internet access & hive will not let you use your own HA server without going thru their server
Dont recommend for these reasons

You're right in that you are only able to access our app and online services via the app if you use a hub and connect it via your broadband router, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with this. No internet or support

Install started on 12 December, still not working, Fibrus say it will take five days to get tech support to even ring us, never mind identify where the problem is, and I thought BT were bad.
They have also started charging "because the install is complete" despite them acknowledging that we have no internet and that they can't see the router

Update 20 December:
Less than 2 hours after I submitted my feedback I got an email from Tech Support to say the connection should be working
I checked & internet was up
Thank you Alex in engineering, its good to know that someone actually reads the reviews & takes note
BT contract can now be cancelled !
