Rang on 3 seperate occasions and no one answered. I tried to email but the address was not recognised and even after typing the model number this was not recognised either.
Rubbish company and NO customer service at all...

Delivered in less than 24 hrs. Brilliant.
Not tried the lenses yet. Just sent for them for days out with mum.

I buzzed the delivery guy in and he just left my parcel on the floor in the communal entrance where anyone could have taken it. Lazy and unprofessional to say the least, not happy.

This is a brilliant invention especially as I use an air fryer every day and a cooked sandwich is lush in the cold weather. The only dissapointing issue that it is only big enough to fit a thin where as they are tiny and it would have been perfect if it was larger to fit Warburton small sliced bread. The wrap Crimpet is too large and I find wraps more stodgy.
If you do invent one for the small loaf then I would be more than happy to test it and give my "seal" of approval, pardon the pun.....
