I phoned the AA at 4pm. Their operative arrived, removed a wheel with a wholly compromised tyre and fitted a temporary wheel. He phoned a local garage to make sure they were available, escorted me in convoy to the garage where a mechanic was waiting to deal with the shredded tyre. He retrieved his temporary wheel and went on to his next job. I drove home arriving 61 minutes after I phoned the AA. Operative knowledgeable, professional and congenial throughout and the speed and accuracy of his work was 'pit-stop' impressive.

Of course old machine broke down at Christmas and laundry started to accumulate. New machine delivered real quick and fitted by two lovely chaps.I had inadvertantly overpaid (the PayPal double click) and my refund was back in my account within 24 hours.

The eon app is easy to use and I help my daughter with it. It has all the imformation we need. We submit monthly readings on the app because her apartment block is unsuitable for a smartmeter which is a shame.
