I have had a problem (3 times now) with accessing my bank in safepay. Getting service support on this issue is like pulling teeth on a chicken. The people that have to wait for a phone call are lucky- I've had it several years and the last year the "problem solvers" are nearly impossible- shopping for new software now....

ordering was not easy

Haven't actually received order yet, but otherwise fairly normal transaction except for the payment editing section- had a hard time changing phone
