Thank you for your feedback and my apologies you found the process difficult.
We do use a customer portal to upload all your documents and store them safely in one place using your personal email.
If you would prefer to have your documents issued and reminders sent in the post this is something we can of course arrange.
I have asked a member of the customer service team to call you to discuss this further.
