Unhappy and disappointed.

Unhappy and disappointed as they care more about money, don't feel that students are supported at all.

Dealt with arrogant people and would not recommend them at all.

Richard Brown support

Initially, it was just a virtual contact with the IT Online Learning portal. Then, I gave a call to Richard as I was not quite sure which institution or college to choose.
Richard has very helpful and convincing. He provided me with the necessary guidance over the phone and by email. Within few minutes, I was able to apply for the voucher and get enrolled.
Taking into account what he told me, I believe that the service and support offered by IT Online Learning are very interesting. I do appreciate his communication approach as he was clear and forward thinking.

Great support from Lusanda

Great service from Lusanda. She had a very professional approach during our conversation, she responded promptly to all my questions. As someone who is there to support students, she definitely knows her role. Many thanks to her. I really appreciate her enthusiasm and courtesy.

Ian introduction and chat

I am very pleased with my interaction with Ian which started with a telephone conversation followed by a email with the breakdown of our chat and what he was expecting from me. The course structure he provided is very clear, and as I am just embarking on this journey clarity in communication is key.Thank you in advance for all the support I will be getting from you.
