I used Gumtree to advertise my…

I used Gumtree to advertise my motorcycle and it was removed saying HPI had shown it as stolen,scrapped etc etc, however none of these are correct, the phone number I was given to talk about this does not work, it is virually impossible to speak to them about this, I assume their AI bott needs looking at?

Been with this company for awhile

Been with this company for awhile, now never again, cannot even get on their site to complain.I have paid for breakdown cover always, when I needed it was told my policy had been transferred to another company and my emergency breakdown number did not apply(01737 334431) beware if you had this number, was told that the RAC now does it, got in touch with the RAC and was told by them they do not do motorcycles, ended up paying over £187 to get my bike picked up and taken home. Their phone service is appalling, it gets you in a loop with AXA, it would be very nice to have a direct phone line to Mackenzie Hodgson to complain, which is impossible, now I understand why, it would be very nice to be reimbursed for the amount I had to pay a company to get me and the bike home. I will take out another policy on my bike straight away with another company as I will never go with this company again, at the age of 79 and being stuck at the side of the road for 5 hours is not funny.

Holiday break fine but could be a problem if you have walking problems

Holiday break very good, the canal cruise is good, but not recomended for anyone with walking problems as it is a distance from the coach park, the steam train was brilliant and the tea/coffee service was never ending, the Leonardo hotel in Bradford was pleasant, food OK but unfortunately everyone on the coach was cold in their rooms as the heating did not work.The stay could be reduced in Grassington as there is not much to do.

The actual Beatles tour was good…

The actual Beatles tour was good however problems at the hotel spoilt it, no evening meal and no breakfast ready, consider changing hotels in future

Payment frustration

I have been trying to bid on the Classic competition site for the motorcycles and not been able for some obscure reason, I have been using Paypal for years with no problems however it will not let me do so for some reason, the competion site has had me going round in circles in a loop, well I have given up, if they have a fault on the system I suggest they rectify it pronto.

An option to have insurance details by post when taking out a policy

You confirmed my renewal by email, and you assume that everyone has a printer, I don't, in fact, I do not have a mobile phone.
It took nearly 10 minutes before I got through to one of your agents and he handled it fine, however, I stated that if I stay with your company can you make sure that the insurance policy details are sent automatically, apparently there is nothing in place with your company to do this, THIS NEEDS ADDRESSING asap

Your TUI £50 voucher not accepted at TUI

Things went wrong with you and you sent me a £50 voucher as compensation for our next holiday, this we tried to use and the lady in TUI said I will have to see the supervisor for you to use it, she took the letter and the voucher for £50 BUT I HAD TO PAY THE FULL PRICE OF THE HOLIDAY, its no good sending me a refund of the £50 voucher as I have paid, DO YOU INTEND TO SEND ME MY VOUCHER BACK THAT TUI IN HULL DO NOT HONOUR your service really is not upto standard.
