Over a month ago, I submitted my first complaint regarding the installation of my garage doors, which was left incomplete by the “engineer” who carried out the work. When I pointed out that the job was unfinished, he arrogantly stated that this is the standard of their work, that nothing would be corrected, and that everything was installed as it should be. He even went so far by saying that if we wanted any additional finishing, we would have to take care of it ourselves and cover the costs. Upon closer inspection, I also noticed that the gate has a small dent and that the entire installation is uneven.

To make matters worse, he was drilling into the wall right next to the electric car charger without secure the workspace in any way. As a result, dust got inside and caused problems with charging my vehicle for about a week.

After submitting my complaint along with photos, I received a prompt response from Customer Service acknowledging that the job was indeed incomplete and that the matter would be escalated for resolution. However, no one has addressed the issue of the dent or uneven installation.

Over a month has passed, and despite contacting Garolla another two times for updates, the response has consistently been that they are “still working on my case.”

It is clear that the company failed to fulfilling the terms of the contract, leaving the work unfinished/ with damage failed to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe and to an acceptable standard.

I also have a serious concern that Garolla is unable to properly manage his workload, prioritizing new orders over completing outstanding work that they have already been paid for.

I usually try not to leave negative feedback hastily and often give a second chance for any mistakes to be corrected. However, in this situation, I am growing frustrated with waiting and being ignored, especially since I have already incurred the costs of an installation that is unfinished and leaves much to be desired.

The company has been given a clear deadline to fully resolve these issues. Should they fail to do so, the matter will be immediately referred to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

excellent experience

We had an excellent experience at the Derby store thanks to Jess. She spent plenty of time with us, patiently listening to our needs and guiding us through the options until we found the perfect mattress.
