I am another mug who has placed an order with Jesse London recently and not received my order . I have just requested a full refund as my order has still not been dispatched and as I am within my rights to do so under the distance selling policy
I am waiting for confirmation that my refund is being processed…

I wish I had looked on Trustpilot…

I wish I had looked on Trustpilot before submitting my order! It was promised 48 hour Royal Mail delivery but on checking today, i see it is out of stock (it wasn't when I placed the order). I need this item for a Secret Santa at work on Wednesday. I've emailed a few times but no response and now asked for refund - again no response. DO NOT SHOP AT JUSTMYLOOK!!

Yodel drivers never follow delivery instructions

Parcel was left on my doorstep overnight – my house is close To a busy road and could have been taken by any pass by. The driver did not ring the doorbell and, in the email I received this morning about the delivery, stated that the parcel had been left in a safe place, which at Moss certainly wasn’t.! Not only not following instructions, but also lying!

Flowers left outside office for anyone to steal

Left flowers outside office - didn’t even bother to ring buzzer! Disgusted.

Doesn't work!

I applied Wet and Forget Rapid to my front driveway (block pavia) 2 months ago. It was not very heavily soiled but I can see no difference whatsoever - the lichen has not disappeared. I have spent £40 on this product. I cannot see how waiting longer will make any difference? I do not feel it is reasonable to have to spend yet more months with a dirty driveway and would like a refund. I can provide evidence of my purchase at Wickes.

Exemplary service by catering staff on LNER train

Travelled from London Kings Cross to Edinburgh with my toddler granddaughter - catering staff (Sam, manager) went above and beyond when I was unable to order a cup of tea to my seat. Not only did he give me sandwiches, crisps and a Diet Coke as a very kind gesture, he later appeared at my seat with a cup of tea and a packet of biscuits - what a kind and thoughtful man and a credit to LNER, along with his colleague, who was equally thoughtful.
Train was also on time and carriage was clean and comfortable.
