Awful. No help on the phone or text. Or email! Increased my premium to over £240 despite all information given, really struggling and don't even have my car after putting it into garage for a claim after hitting a deer, and the garage fried my ECU. No parts available so my car is sitting at back of yard rotting. Courtesy car is small and they won't even consider writing car off and be done with it so I can cancel this awful unhelpful policy which has given me terrible anxiety.
