Absolutely disgusting company to get…

Absolutely disgusting company to get involved with, unfortunately I used them on my websites longdogfashion.co.uk and longdogart.co.uk

I was told they would be good to use for payments, how wrong I was! On the first few sales on my art website, although small amounts, the transactions were quick and received promptly.

Now, when it came to my fashion website and higher amounts, that’s where it all went wrong. I saw they would keep the first payment for 7-14 days, so they decided to keep hold of all payments. When I questioned this, they said when my account get a history of more payments, they will reconsider looking at my account for payouts! I got that every time as a response.

They have now updated me saying they will authorise payouts monthly plus 7 days of each transaction! How do they expect a business to operate on those terms?

Avoid them at all costs, their service and customer service is atrocious!

Not that good at all

Not that good at all, if you just leave it without moving it to left and right motions, your teeth are still dirty, plus I run it at least twice.

When I use my tongue and move around the back of my teeth, you can literally feel they’re not clean, so I have gone back to using a toothbrush.

Good point is it doesn’t make my gums bleed.

There’s no way the reviews on their website can be real.

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!

Use a different company, had issues with the cameras from nearly the start, been months and months and they just keep stalling on replacing or refunding you. Try this, then try that, then try this again! cameras won't connect and HDD packed up and not found. Try a different power supply, you get no where. Looks like I will have to try a charge back with my bank.

Reply: I have tried all options you had suggested, sent videos and photos. Then you ask for more videos and photos! I have asked for replacements which you keep avoiding, so after that I’m entitled to a refund.

For example, if the problem is with the power supply (and not the camera itself), a new camera might still fail to connect. We don’t want to risk sending you another device that doesn’t work—that’s unfair to you and wastes your time. While your order is outside the refund window, we’d still love to help resolve this if you’re open to it.

Got the most ridiculous low offer from…

Got the most ridiculous low offer from them, £162 for about £2000 in value of items. When they sent the parcel back, I videoed myself opening it, glad I did, a few items were missing, items not placed in their boxes and several items loosely wrapped in one piece of bubble wrap! Must DO's, check weight of your parcel sent and the returned parcel, always film yourself opening the returned parcel. Missing items value are £20 (Canon camera), £225 (Chinese hand painted boxes) and £900 (Rado Slimline Ceramic and diamond watch that doesn't have papers and original box).

Hoover packed up very quickly and left…

Hoover packed up very quickly and left bedroom carpet soaked. Had to have a heater on to dry it out and sleep downstairs. I told customer service and asked for a replacement, as they never even apologised I changed it to a refund which they are ignoring and sending a replacement I don’t want from them. Told them again I want a refund and no response. I’m sure some people have had a good experience, but mine definitely isn’t.
