Hi, Ordered t-shirt a week ago. Still saying it's paid and will be dispatched shortly. It's a gift for a kid in the US. Hoping it will be dispatched soon but if no update I will cancel and get a refund. Very disappointed because the t-shirts look cool. Couldn't recommend this company.
Ordered a book to be delivered to my son in London using Saint Bookshop on abebooks. They used Amazon delivery. Tracked it said it was delivered to the flats mail slot. Nothing arrived. I asked for a refund. Won't issue one because the bookshop says it was tracked but it doesn't say where it was delivered too. Never used them again.
Still waiting for my delivery 4 days late. Was out for delivery today. Driver was 7 stops away, less than 100 metres and didn't come to my house. Checked with the tracking. Please get in touch problem with your address. Rubbish. I live in a main road. He turned round and drove off.

Waiting for food delivery for days. Tails assured me it would be delivered yesterday. Yodel are now saying another three days with the depot along the road. Useless if the company cannot guarantee delivery within the time frame. Shame because my dog loves the food. I cannot recommend this company. Deliveries are too unreliable and you will be left without food.

Purchased a book which had first 20pages missing from St.Andrews shop. Assistant said she would get one from the Edinburgh shop and they would phone. No phone call. Second time I've been waiting for phone call and no update. Will get my books elsewhere.
Reliable caring service. I have complete trust in Barking Mad, and it is comforting to know my dog is being looked after by people who care for and love dogs.
