After over 10 years, a very little part broke but it was important to close the lid. I contacted Brabantia and explained the situation. Immediately, I got an answer. proposing to send me the replacement piece for nothing, what we got just few days later. Now, we can close the lid!
We are very amazed by the exceptional customer service, friendly and helpful.
We can really only recommand!!!

It is the second time that I bought something here and I am still more than satisfied. The team was so helpful and nice. They needed an extension lead and one of the men looked under the stair case to find one, so that I didn't have to bent.
I highly recommend!

That seems to be a really good customer service from the beginning. Hopefully will be everything OK but until now, we were very happy. The delivery men were indeed helpful and did a great job bringing successfully a huge fridge freezer into our little house. They had to dismantel the doors, unpack everything (and they kept the rubbish in the van!), put everything back inside the kitchen.
We truly recommend AO and we now know where to buy appliances if needed.

I booked a small removal from Belgium to Manchester in June. The first date was on the beginning of July. 1 day before, I got a phone call saying that the team had got the Covid, few days later, that they didn't have enough drivers with the new driving licence. Removal booked again for next Friday (the 5th of August).. Last Wednesday I got an email saying that the company had ceased trading with immediate effect. I had already paid nearly 2.000GBP.
Nobody is answering anymore. I don't understand how they are still existing with so many claims!
I only regret not having seen all the bad reviews before....
