A great support team for a great platform!

Because of the LearnWorlds platform is feature rich and very powerful, we greatly value the customized support we get from their Support Squad! Their Help Center and Knowledge Base is well set up and structured. And what we can't find, we get quick, thorough, clear guidance and instructions, tailored to our question or issue from their support team. What a gift!

A highly responsive team atuned to the needs of their customers

We are so appreciative of how much the LearnWorlds team really listens and pays attention to their customers. This is particularly felt through their Support Squad team members (every single one!!) and our Customer Success Manager, Brett Hamilton.

Every time we have asked for help from their Support Squad, we get clear, quick, kind support. If what we are asking about is a feature improvement or add-on, they actually follow-up and let you know when it has been added! And give you more information on how to implement it or customize it in our account when needed.

With our Online Learning Center account, the level of support we receive from our Customer Success Manager is very generous, clear, and ongoing.

I can't say I have seen this level of support in other tech companies beyond the initial start-up or launch period.
