bad experience with pet insurance

Insurance: pet insurance

My cat got an allergy after one month of buying the insurance and my claim got rejected. Customer service cited non-existing terms and said that all allergy related claims are to be rejected for my case.

The delivery is not sent to an expected location, So I have to walk a long distance to get it.
