Helpful staff

Staff member went out of her way to help find a specific size, checking the stock room, racks etc. couldn’t have been more helpful …. And did so with a smile and ‘it’s no bother’ attitude

Slow service

Found shipping/returns slow. Products however were packaged well and good quality. Sizing seemed a bit off so perhaps more description would be helpful e.g smaller/larger fit

Different sales have varying delivery dates due to certain stock lines being readily available within our warehouse and others being sourced directly from the supplier once the sale ends. And refunds should be processed within 7 days from the date the items are received at our warehouse.
