Sonya was introduced to us through persimmons, and for that we are forever grateful! Even though we didn't stay (and wouldn't recommend) persimmons and decided to go with Abel homes, she stayed with us. From the begining she was an absolute saint and helped us through everything whether that be answering our annoying first time buyer questions or guiding us through legal jargon. Honestly I don't know what we would've done without her help. After hearing the nightmares people have we were so fortunate to have Sonya throughout our home buying journey. She understood everything, was patient, kind and was there no matter the time or place. Sonya kept us in the loop about every single thing and communicated to our solicitors Nicole and Claire and Ward Gethin Archer Swaffham branch we were never left questioning or wondering what was going on as soon as she found out we knew if she didn't know we knew she was doing everything in her power to provide for us!
