The team kindly kept our heavy sandook in store until we could collect it and arranged for someone to help load it into our car, conveniently parked in the loading bay outside the shop. Much appreciated. Friendly staff and wonderful contents. Always enjoy a browse.

Like- prompt delivery; good products Need for improvement: method for giving discounts; adding items at the end (with the incentive of an increased discount). I would prefer a consistent, reasonably priced policy without all the deals and discounts. This time I added an item at the end of an order and got TWO deliveries, one with my original order and another with ALL the same items (ie double my original order delivered) plus the extra item. I kept the items; they were all charged to my credit card on 12 Jan, with no less than 4 costs (£20.97, £38.96, £16.98 and £7.49). I was also supposed to be using an electronic voucher with a discount. In summary, this was all confusing and I could not be bothered to try to sort it out but has obviously tainted my customer relations with you. Patricia
