I have given one star as I didn't have an option to give -5*s. My first claim after almost 5 years, despite visiting twice and promised to come again and clean it, they didn't even attempt to clean a single stain. During the two visits the technician only spent couple of minutes, always in a hurry to escape - shocking service, will never ever pay even a penny for this lot.
