Website is easy to use although I remember it used to allow me to add my selected date +/- 3 days in the search, should put back this option as it would be much easier for people like me.

Also I used to use the company before COVID time. Then the COVID chaos that many travel companies failed to refund their customers. During that time TravelRepublic delayed my refund about 4 or 5 months, but eventually refunded me and I think it's understandable in a difficult time. That's why I think this is a company I can put my trust on and continue using it again.

lots of space and easy access. But not clear how to get back to the carpark on foot. I ended up using the car entrance gate. Also no instruction on how to get out, be careful not to drive too close to the gate.

Excellent Address Auto Correct function.

I had to send a parcel from UK to Italy but I were not familiar with their address and postcode. I found the parcel2go auto correct was excellent as my customer gave me a wrong postcode and the auto correct flagged it up. Then my customer confirmed he made a mistake. Many thanks for saving me sending to a wrong place.
