Vertraue ihnen nicht

Zuerst haben sie drei Wochen lang gelogen, sie können französische Fenster so liefern, wie ich es brauche. Ich habe mein Geld zurückbezahlt und zahle es jetzt nicht mehr zurück. Sie werden Ihr Geld als zinsloses Darlehen verwenden, wenn Sie es jemals zurückfordern. In Stuttgart waren das extrem unhöflich. Schreie mich an, weil ich mein Geld zurückfordere. Ekelhafte Gesellschaft. Vertraue ihnen nicht. Halte dich von ihnen fern, du willst keine Probleme.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. They will make an idiot of you. They will keep on promising, and the next day will break that promise, wasting your time and keeping your money to work with it instead of taking a bank loan. In my case, this lasted for 3 weeks. Now, I can't continue my project but must wait for someone honest to do the job. Dishonest people. Don't buy from them.

Es wurde keine Bestätigungs-E-Mail gesendet.

Ich habe versucht, einen Vertrag abzuschließen, aber sie haben nie die erforderliche (endgültige) Bestätigungs-E-Mail gesendet. Wenn sie keine E-Mail senden können, fürchte ich mich zu überlegen, was danach passieren würde, falls etwas schief geht.

Agoda and Hotel Ducale fraud attempt

I was scammed by the hotel Ducale in Venezia/Mestre/Favaro Veneto. Whether or not Agoda knows that the hotel Ducale is a badger's, isn't clear. But, Agoda definitely appears to be defending the hotels rather than customer. Now, about Agoda...It is hard to find a phone number, but it exists (the ones who claim differently are misleading you). When we arrived we found out that this alleged hotel (an animal burrow would be better description)is switching off heating between 8 am and 5pm. Switching off heating in the middle of the winter!! I called Agoda to complain (Yes called by phone). The fact of "no heating on the winter" wasn't in the contract. I asked for the heating to be provided or money back. They tried to blame the hotel. I didn't have and don't have a contact with the hotel. I insisted on the solution but Agoda tried to avoid liability by offering 20% compensation, which I rejected. They called (can you believe this...) a receptionist to return the money and this was rejected by the receptionist!? Failure to honour the contract by the hotel and refusal to return the money can be only described as a type of blackmail and fraud carried out by the both sides (Agoda and the hotel Ducale). Agoda customer service went into lying ( they claim the receptionist was lying and I wouldn't be surprised) that I didn't complain at all (Except twice, before they made that lie). I I made a new call and went down to reception while holding the Agoda customer service on line and publicly complained for the third time while all parties were listening (Note: Agoda customer service was trying to dissuade me from publicly complaining for the third time in order to expose lies, saying: "We shall call... Don't go to complain...". I guess, in order to give them a leverage to be able to keep on lying). During that call, I threatened by a law suit (The don't care about the law suits) and kept on insisting to talk to the supervisor (This was something they were trying to avoid "like a plague"). They said supervisor isn't there. I pointed out that during the call she said on two occasions"Wait a few minutes to consult supervisor" and said "Stop lying! You lied about the property, you lied that my phone doesn't work, you lied that I don't complain, you lie that manager isn't accessible..." Finally, after 6 hours of "fight" she agreed to arrange a call back from the supervisor who was much more reasonable and realistic. First, he offered 50% Agoda payment what I rejected, and we settled on 70%. Do I have to say that we didn't stay in that dump which they call "a hotel" for a second longer? We immediately left this animal den infected by a low life calling themselves a "hotel staff". I'm leaving to you to risk using Agoda services (or not). Who knows, you may be lucky.

Trust pilot cannot be trusted

Trust pilot cannot be trusted. The will (and are) side withe the companies against the members of public. I asked them to ask the company to confirm or deny hateful, xenophobic, racist comment I received in a telephone conversation with the company's racist representative. Trustpilot deliberately ignored my request. They only provided some kind of feeble reply by the company asking Mr to contac the. Of course, the company never replied. Trustpilot knew and knows the outcome of such "requests" by the companies clearly exhibiting their bias in favour xenophobic and racist criminals. Trustpilot should NOT be trusted and should be boycotted and consequently booked as racist apologists.

Rightmove is a xenophobic and racist…

Rightmove is a company which will wilfully discriminate against others based on nationality. As I found out today, they are targeting and blocking a Dutch company only because it has CEO who is Russian (neither the CEO nor the company are sanctioned). Therefore, there is no other reason for this disgusting behaviour but a pure racist hate. Avoid this awful company. (No tolerance for discrimination of any kind!)

Petty fraud / Kleinbetrug

Petty fraud. Do not trust this company.
The company made new requirements and publicly wrote that the company cannot use any services after June 21, 2023 if it does not meet new requirements.
Our company wanted to submit the salary declaration on June 14, 2023 (1 week before the due date), but the account was already blocked - contrary to the contract.
Nevertheless, they gave our bank a fraudulent claim that incorrectly presented the fee and stated that they provided services.
According to my complaint, Lexoffice completed the account and "ignored" to return the money from the account with Sepa mandate.
They were fully and entirely aware of the situation and kept the money fraudulent (the non-existent service, but it is to return the money, is fraudulent according to the law of any country in the world).

Das Unternehmen machte neue Anforderungen und schrieb öffentlich, dass das Unternehmen nach dem 21. Juni 2023 keine Dienstleistungen nutzen kann, wenn es keine neuen Anforderungen entspricht.
Unsere Firma wollte die Gehaltserklärung am 14. Juni 2023 (1 Woche vor dem Fälligkeitsdatum) einreichen, aber das Konto wurde bereits blockiert - entgegen dem Vertrag.
Trotzdem gaben sie unserer Bank eine betrügerische Behauptung, die die Gebühr fälschlicherweise vorlegte, und gaben an, dass sie Dienstleistungen erbrachten.
Laut meiner Beschwerde hat Lexoffice das Konto abgeschlossen und "ignoriert", um das Geld mit dem SEPA -Mandat aus dem Konto zurückzugeben.
Sie waren sich der Situation voll und ganz bewusst und hielten das Geld betrügerisch (der nicht existierende Dienst, aber es ist, das Geld zurückzugeben, ist nach dem Gesetz eines beliebigen Landes der Welt betrügerisch).

lexoffice möchte den Kund:innen den Rücken frei halten. Dazu gehört auch, dass wir gesetzliche Anforderungen in unsere Software einbauen damit Sie sich darum keine Gedanken machen müssen.

Da lexoffice Lohn & Gehalt automatisierte, elektronische Meldungen an Krankenkassen, Finanzämter, Berufsgenossenschaften und Rentenversicherung versendet, sind wir als zertifizierte Lohnabrechnung nach neuen gesetzlichen Regelungen dazu verpflichtet, die Meldepflichtigen zu identifizieren. Dafür erhalten Sie in Ihrem Account eine Benachrichtigung bis wann Sie die Identifizierung durchgeführt haben müssen.

Gleichzeitig gab es aber für den Monat Juni noch eine Abrechnungssperre, weil unser Team andere gesetzliche Anpassungen durchführen musste (Berechnungen zur Pflegeunterstützungs- und Entlastungsgesetz & Arbeitgeberkonten der Krankenkassen).

lexoffice hat also Ihren Account nicht gesperrt, sondern die Abrechnung war für alle Kund:innen zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht durchführbar. Darüber informieren wir auch im Account.

Inzwischen ist die Abrechnung allerdings durchführbar und auch das Identifizierungsdeadline habe ich für Sie um einen Monat verschoben. Für die Zukunft empfehle ich daher die Identifizierung durchzuführen, damit Sie lexoffice wie gewohnt nutzen können.

I was in contact with 3 salespersons

I was in contact with 3 salespersons. Very nice, friendly, professional, honest and helpful for a difference of by a majority rude and lying Berlin property sellers. A very big negative is an absence and hiding the information on the additional large amounts of money asked by the owners of the properties until the moment of the phonecall. I really hate this kind of sneaky tactics. I shall never buy anything if you initially withdraw/hide the information (Do you honestly believe I shall buy anything if hidding the information and you suddenly tell me that the owner asks for additional €120000 or so? If you initially hidding that fact?)
