I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Sent to my friend's house as advised in Germany under my name. They will not deliver and customer services don't want to assist. They could easily resend to my friend's address under her name if this is the reason they won't deliver as I have provided details, they clearly do not need the business! Also trying to file complaint, and they don't seem to accept them, you would expect they have a complaints department. Very disappointing, for a parcel I was very looking forward to receiving!

Really love the dresses I've got from Chi Chi London, they are flattering although the sizing is often quite big so I'd recommend going with a smaller size - for example if you are an 8-10 like me go for the 8! xx

I was nervous about moving all my personal belongings across the country but AnyVan were amazing - the driver arrived exactly on time and moved everything the same day. Great to see the tracking - so impressed and he did everything with a smile. Made it a really pleasant experience, the hardest part was the initial packing in my flat before the driver arrived :D
