Their prices are not competitive as others. they pretend delivery willl be signed for and by seeing the id but they left my parcel with handyman at home. Inspite of the fact I email them if they can delay my delivery. but they never bother to reply my email request.

The price of a 1oz gold bar will differ between manufacturers due to the additional costs involved in producing the bar you buy and all the associated costs to get it to us to sell. These are known as fashion costs and will differ between manufacturers. We always advise people to call us if you want us to talk through different options for you.
With regard to your delivery, we are sorry that the instructions to deliver to you as the addressee were not followed by our delivery partner. We will raise the matter with them directly.
With regards to delaying your order, unfortunately your email arrived after your order had been dispatched and collected from our premises, so we were unable to carry out your request. We apologize this was not communicated to you.
We hope that in light of our conversation today, you will consider using our services again in the future.
They tried to help but after the mess they created but still not very compassionate. the way they said they put extra box of one flooring infact many of the tiles were damage but when I email them they never responded to it. and When i call and spoke to abigail she said the guy was on holiday and he will call me or reply my email that never happen either.

I do not have enough words how kind and nicely DAVID Allan explained everything to me whenever I needed to reach to him from day 1 till the mortgage approved. Personally I am very thankful to David Allan because he went probably extra mile to guide me about home report for the first house I was about to buy telling me issues I may face. I will always be grateful to him for explaining me that part about home report. Finally after few months I manage to find another home and he helped get my mortgage with his hard spent time with me explaining everything which was most important to me.
