I absolutely love using Vinted! The platform is easy, intuitive, and makes both buying and selling a genuinely enjoyable experience. I’ve met great buyers and sellers, and I always feel confident using it. On the rare occasions I’ve had a problem, the support team was quick, efficient, and very helpful—everything got sorted without stress. Overall, Vinted makes second-hand shopping feel safe, practical, and fun. Couldn’t recommend it more!

O pacote deveria ter sido entregue em 8.12. Estou desde então enviando emails a paack, que simplesmente não responde. Pior empresa de logística que já vi.

By far, the worst airline I've ever used. Customer service was appalling, with a very rude cabin crew and an unhelpful ground team. The flight was delayed for almost 3 hours for two reasons, according to the crew: a shortage of staff (!) and miscommunication regarding the boarding gate. As a result, boarding alone took almost an hour, and for those of us already boarded - while the staff scattered for passengers throughout the airport - not even a cup of water was offered! Horrible experience, from beginning to end. First and only time flying on this airline.
