I never recommend this courier service anytime! They do such a huge scam by giving false reasons and worst excuses and they never refund any money paid.

This means that, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, a refund is no longer possible. Refunds are only possible if the customer has selected the Flexible booking option. After placing an order, Eurosender is authorized to order shipping services from one of the partner courier companies. The customer expressly agrees to waive the right to cancel the Eurosender Agreement once the order details have been sent to the selected courier service provider.
