I ordered 6 pillows for 132 Euro and used a discount code for 15 Euro. 4 of the pillows arrived and 2 did not. No one connected with me and I have to follow up with customer center on what happended. Apperantly they are lost somehow in delivery, they dont have it in stock anymore and they told me they will reimburse me 10 Euro!! The total of the pillows they’ve lost were 25 Euros. They said they will deduct the 15 Euro as I used a check as if I did not spent 132 Euros for the total order and you could only use the discount above 100 Euros… What type of calculation will explain that they deduct the full discount amount applied for 132 euro from 25 euro product they lost?? Anyway I told them not to bother to return 10 Euro.
I will never buy again anything from that company…
