Do not buy at all
My husband bought 10 dress for our summer holiday and paid for the express delivery they took 3 weeks to arrive in total with the express delivery half of them were still to follow and we were not told half arrived damaged but he actually had a hole in it to which little black dress never replied to and the others had snags in them. The quality was poor on most dresses and how one size fits all is beyond me. I’m a size 12 and they drowned me the pictures have obviously been edited and altered to fit the models who are clearly size 8.
Returned some of the dresses and have waited over 3 weeks for a refund still waiting for some of the money back. Absolutely awful customer services and poor quality goods

We love the laundry liquids our clothes…

We love the laundry liquids our clothes smell fresh and it’s good at getting all the stains out. Delivery is very quick too

Item didn’t arrive and terrible…

Item didn’t arrive and terrible customer service
Ordered a Christmas present on the 7th December dispatched very quickly the courier stopped giving up dates on the package on the 15th nearly impossible to contact customer services emails take 2 days and no one replied via the text service.
Once someone did respond I was told to wait until the 28th December not acceptable at Christmas. Definitely will not be using Debenhams again they are far from the trust name we used to have

Due to this being the Christmas period, it may take a little longer than usual, however we will reply as soon as possible.
I fully appreciate a late parcel is far from ideal, especially at this time of year, and I can’t apologise enough that your order is delayed. We do work closely alongside our couriers to ensure deliveries are made on time, and whilst we try to anticipate some potential delays (particularly during busy periods), unforeseen circumstances can and do still arise to which we have no control over.
Please do reach back out on Dec 28th should there be no further updates, as we will be able to resolve this for you straight away.

Appalling company do not buy stamps…

Appalling company do not buy stamps nerved arrived they changed the deliver information twice the tracking information never registered and they took an average of 5 days to reply to emails. This is not a uk based company the products come from china
