This company whilst not carrying out their proper duties in maintaining drains, waste water and their budgets have in their brilliance awarded their managing director 2 million pounds BONUS on top of his 2 million pounds 'wages'. I say wages, but this is evidently someone who spends their time working out how they can siphon our money to give them a totally luxurious lifestyle whilst the people are facing restraints in water usage and even limitations to how much we will be allowed to use as drinking water. Our water bill as increased by one third every month, absolutely absurd. I called them and their response was the government ordered the increase. Absolute hogwash, did the government also say to pay the MD 2m per year and give him a bonus of 2m? All water companies should be brought back to Britain and given freely to the people. In Scotland they do not pay for water.

Used this one and got so many shocks I had to send it back. A few months later a more expensive version was used on my face at a facial and I had so many electrical shocks I now have several burn marks on my face. I expect them to clear up but I do not have any metal in my mouth, this is not due to dental fillings. The product is inferior, do not buy.

This company's customer service was second to none. Despite the blind not fitting the first time there was no question they would replace it free of charge. The second one was perfect. A lovely company to buy from and will buy again.

Customer complaints utter disaster! Woman goes by only what she sees on a screen and didn't listen to all the calls I made. Agreed with her customer support despite the 'help' I received utterly useless and did not help get my credit card working within two weeks and many calls and actions taken by myself to make it work. The customer complaints woman was pathetic, rote and unable to think. Obviously low IQ staff employed to work only on behalf of the bank. I will be closing my current and credit cards down with them forthwith.

Sent a parcel with three day international delivery guaranteed it said. Very expensive $147. Has been stuck at Stanstead customs since the three days were up, that was five days ago and tracking still says delayed at customs. Another parcel sent cheapest USPS arrived after four days international. The first parcel was sent by USPS global express label which uses FedEx. I thought since it said FedEx it would be fine and I wasn't given a choice anyway - this was the most expensive guaranteed delivery USPS offer. Horrified at the outcome. Was sending some vital supplements to my son who has covid. Very upset.
