Has been stuck at Stanstead customs since the three days were up, that was five days ago and tracking still says delayed at customs. Another parcel sent cheapest USPS arrived after four days international. The first parcel was sent by USPS global express label which uses FedEx. I thought since it said FedEx it would be fine and I wasn't given a choice anyway - this was the most expensive guaranteed delivery USPS offer. Horrified at the outcome. Was sending some vital supplements to my son who has covid. Very upset.
