Dealing with "Jamie" the customer service manager has been great. He's been willing to help and amend problems initially faced. Was mis informed and misguided. To the point my bank was called to set things straight. After speaking with Jamie via emails.im very happy with my outcome and highly recommend jamie for any help. I decided to edit my review as I'm not usually inclined to leave negative feedback. I was however gritting my teeth at the service I initially received. This has been resolved and I'm pleased that I can move forward with my project as the products are much better quality than alot of the other brands I've checked out. So for the help and for Jamie reaching out I'dlike to say a huge thankyou.

If you haven't been here, you're missing out. Probably the best Cornish pasties around. More of a proper traditional home made pasty using locally sourced ingredients and their own specially selected cuts of meat. Steak and cheese is amazing. To be honest all the pasties are great. Ample parking space. Outdoor seating available. Thee shop has a butchers section. Also sells locally made merchandise such as brandy's and gins. Sauces and garnishes plus some good fresh Cornish grown veg. Polite friendly staff that provide an excellent service.

I use my local penznace store quite often for liquids and coils. Staff are generally well educated. As with some jobs you have to learn about certain things and with an ever evolving stock it's not always easy to keep track of brands flavours, what coils for what mods. Especially now as some devices will run multiple coils. Anyway. I find the staff here are good at the job. They're friendly and will go as far as helping you set up new devices should you require. Overall good store.

Shipping is always quick and items are always well packed. Customer service is alsoyeir compared to some of the stores I've dealt with in the past.

I went with 5mm acrylic letters and a red 3mm border. Plates arrived with the protective film on lettering which was nice to see and well packed.

Easy to sign the agreement set up by the underwriter for my policy. If only the vast majority were this simple. One link to click. Entered the required info and agreed to the terms. Files sent are in pdf format which is usually the format accepted by most mobiles, tablets etc.
