The products from ninja are amazing we have a few of there items but unfortunately had a really terrible experience with customer service with regards to a promo code that had sent though. The code didn’t work saying it was expired upon phoning them I was met with someone who basically made out I was lying and wanted me to send over proof that A: I received the promo code and B: The code wasn’t working. They then tried to say the promo code would not work on the item I was trying to purchase but I have a screen shot to say other wise. Overall they have amazing products and I’m hoping that the customer service I had this time was just a one of and not a full time thing because it’s really put me of wanting to contact customer service if they making out I’m a liar!

My second purchase from available car and still really good experience I purchased from Sutton in Ashfield and the staff was really good. Brandon B and Mitch was really good to deal with and just made the whole thing feel simple and easy. If anyone from the Sutton store sees this please give them a well done. The one down side I had during this time was went I had a look at a vehicle in the Castle Donington store the guy who served me there really didn’t seem interested in listing to me when I was trying to negotiate prices ect so I didn’t end up purchasing from them or even wanting to go back. Overall I’d still go back if I ever decide to purchase another vehicle.

Review of New Look
Went to New Look in Trafford centre and the store it’s self was fine just when it comes to paying they have gone “paperless” apparently so in order to get a receipt you have to provide an email. It’s such a shame this is the way things are going now and unfortunately I can only see it getting worse.

Went to the river island store in Trafford centre the store it’s self was fine but unfortunately when it comes to paying it’s a let down. Staff are pushing you to use self service whilst having limited staff on the tills and then asking for emails just for the receipt. Such a shame company’s are heading this way and unfortunately I can only see it getting worse.

Worse network I have been on, I struggle getting any decent signal whilst I’m at work even outside. Im not in the middle of nowhere so should be getting good signal easy. The one and only reason I am with them is the fact I can use my data abroad at no extra cost the minute that stops I’ll be changing network

I was with three for going on 5 maybe 6 years and have always had the same sim only deal. It wasn’t until one day the informed me that they will now be cancelling my sim only deal for some unknown reason and that I must go back to discuss other options. I was then informed that if I wanted to use my allowance abroad I would have to pay per day so I immediately cancelled as this was one of the biggest reasons I went to three in the first place.

Is there any customer service?? I have try to do live chat with customer service only for the first time to be fully ignored and the second time I had two replayed and then ended the conversation before I even finished with my questions. The coverage is ok at best when I’m at work ( according to there coverage map is fully covered) I barely get a decent signal. The only thing keeping me on this network is that I can use my allowance abroad if they ever stop that I’ll be definitely considering another network.

Been with Hastings for a few years now the customer service seems to be good but generally dislike how insurance companies just make up prices for your renewal. Been driving over 8 years now and my insurance is more now than when I was driving for 2 years!

The products are amazing bit pricey but you get really good quality products. I currently have the Tentbox Lite 1 and although I have only had one outing in it thus far I cannot wait for more trips. The customer service is beyond any company I have dealt with. It’s a small team but there are willing to go above and beyond for there customers they have a great Facebook community which the interact with everyone on and if you need any help there all ways more than willing to help where ever they can. Over all the company and there product are fantastic I highly recommend getting a Tentbox.

The main thing that I like about them is when you go to look at a car they just leave you unlike some places where there’s someone waiting and constantly hassling you. The cars are unlocked so you can just explore at your own pace and loads of cars to choose from. Only downside I had was when I ordered a car for a test drive I was told it was on a transporter to the destination I would be test driving it when in reality the place the car was coming from hadn’t even received the car yet. (That was not the fault of the place I booked the test drive at it was the fault of the place who was sending the car) other than that hadn’t had any other issues with them. Would use again.
