Ordered quite a big order, around £400 across two order ended up returning about £200 worth. Refunded for the boohoo stuff, but the items sent from 'Yours' via the boohoo outlet, worth £118 have not been refunded. I have proof of return Inc emails from DBZ to say they have received them. I have sent around 6 emails, 4 messenger messages and WhatsApp messages too. NO ONE REPLIES 🤬🤬🤬 I so want to swear. What's the deal when you just ignore your customers. Total disgrace.....ongoing agro. Might have to take to court.

Excellent repair by a delightful engineer. Would recommend Hotpoint and Domestic and General 100% as they sort out life's little dramas without fuss and super fast.
