Are hotel was changed 3 days before we went I wouldn’t have booked the holiday if I had known I was going there very run down not worth the same money breakfast terrible

Review of Prestons
Had an appointment in the shop today with Andrew Duffy who was very kind and polite and went above and beyond to help me , we have been customers off Andrew’s for30 years and he never fails to help me . The rest of the staff are also a credit to the shop.

Review of National Holidays
Our trip was combined with people going on a Mersey cruise and tour which meant we where dumped in Liverpool at 9 0 clock on Sunday morning when nothing opened until 11 not good when my husband had walking issues and we had 6 and a half hours to kill lots of other people said it was far to long ☹️
