DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
Absolute joke, took nearly £500 from me via DD when Switchcraft automatically switched me. Existing supplier still took their DD and switch never happened.
Made numerous phone calls, promises of refunds and then told it's been escalated to the refund team. Took out in April and still no refund. Contacted bank for refund through DD Guarantee scheme. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
