Don’t trust Salary Finance

Applied for a loan, and was approved for the full amount and term requested. Requested to be able to consolidate debt so that I can have more financial freedom. Despite being approved, their system has locked me out of the account so that I cannot sign for it. They have made no efforts to actually fix it, everyone you talk to gives a different response. They advised that my loan offer would expire in 1 month due to the fact that the technical glitch is not my fault, I’m now being told it’s going to expire in 1 week and they still have not fixed it. I have been physically sick from the stress this has caused me. I have asked to speak to a manager but I got ‘no not possible. The manager will have to call me back - no idea if this will happen. No one has an answer. Being told I will have to reapply once they fix the issue now, but there’s no sign of the issue even being fixed. They say in their opening message that their priority is our financial wellbeing, but this has impacted both my financial and emotional wellbeing and no one is doing anything to resolve this for me. Complaint has been raised and complete faith lost in their service.

Do not trust

Offered £200 for my iPhone 13 Pro which has a crack in the screen - this was the average offered by the majority of comparison sites and Gr8 Mobile had the highest reviews so I went with them. Only for them to receive my device and offer me £84 as a revised offer, claiming there are ‘dots’ on the back camera. I took extensive photos of the mobile device from every angle and took photos on the iPhone 13 Pro (as recommended by the comparison site) and no issues other than the cracked screen (in the bottom left corner of the device) that was advertised when I was offered the £200. The device has been in full working order and only being sold because I got an upgrade as my contract came to an end. The camera has been in full function and can be proved by photos I took from the device in the weeks and days leading up to the phone coming to GR8 Mobile. Either they’ve caused damage themselves to minimise the amount they’ve had to pay, or they’re having me on thinking I will accept the revised offer and they’ve got a phone and lost hardly any money. And when sending back an email to send me my phone back as there is nothing wrong with it, I’ve not had a response. I wouldn’t trust this company, they’re probably great if your device is in perfect condition, but if you’ve sold as broken, they’re going to do anything they can to get your offer down. Send me my phone back so I can sell it - and if there is any damage to the camera now, best believe I’ll be going through trading standards with all the evidence I have

Relatively good experience

My experience started off great with Nadina, she was incredible throughout. Right up until I got to the dealership and viewed (the most amazing) car. Once my documents went in, all was good. This was on a Saturday so wouldn’t have expected payout until the Monday which was fine as car collection was arranged for the Wednesday anyway.
Got a call on the Sunday, to say everything was all okay and that it would be submitted then. On the Monday morning I still hadn’t had a confirmation text to say my application had been sent to the lender so I called again. To be told it had not been sent and that they were waiting to find out about outstanding finance on the car. (Baring in mind I was told everything was sorted the day before).

So I called again in the afternoon which is when the guy said to call back as they should’ve had the approval it was cleared by then. Spoke to another girl who tried her best to be helpful, said she would send my application over anyway and then they could just await the approval before pay out and I was happy with that. Still had not received confirmation via text so I called again at 4.45pm. This is where I got quite frustrated. I explained that I was told my application was going in early afternoon and I hadn’t had the text. She said it has gone over to the lender. I then conveniently received a text at 5.30 after that phone call to say my application had gone to the lender - so why the lie? Clearly forgot and did it last minute.

I called up again Tuesday to have a bit of a rant because my car was due to be collected the Wednesday morning and I had no idea what was happening, needed to sort my insurance etc. Spoke to Joseph who redeemed my faith in zuto a little, with the same professionalism showed by Nadina, he very quickly helped me to get the issue sorted and by close of business that day, my finance was payed out to the dealership.

The car is amazing, the dealer knocked £100 off the admin fee as the car is going to need a new cam belt, but other than that everything was fine and perfect. Even got a year free breakdown cover which was great!

I think it’s hit and miss who you speak with at Zuto as out of the 6 people I spoke to, only 2 were actively helpful and reassured me.

Very happy customer

So I ordered on the 3rd June and I didn’t receive my curler until the 16th but it was absolutely worth the wait. I got the original set in candy.

Firstly I want to say about the bad reviews, people are being impatient. This is a team of I think 6 people? And they have had an influx of orders after going viral on some videos. Not only this but Royal Mail are experiencing delays, I’ve had it in my own work which isn’t a small business. Expect delays, but understand things will turn up you just may wait a little longer.
When the item arrived it had beautiful packaging and the item was lovely and soft and I am just using it now as I am going out tonight. I used the directions provided to put it in my hair and wow - I did it with ease. I really struggle with curling my hair so this was pleasantly surprising. Even if it doesn’t result in the curls I want today I will practice until I get it right.

I am extremely pleased and I’m looking forward to being able to feel beautiful and look lovely as I am a full time working mother, I work 40hrs per week, I have a daughter with autism and adhd and a young son, I’m busy all of the time and I don’t have ‘me’ time and just a little change like this that takes me 5 minutes to do will make me feel good and help to rebuild my confidence from a little bit of self care.

It’s as soft as they say it is on their tik tok videos!! It’s everything I expected it to be, and I am a happy customer. I will be ordering again as I want the midi and the mini now too!

Thanks so much girls, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed by your genuine customers. Keep up the good work and I HOPE that this review helps you to feel a little bit better about the poor treatment you’ve been experiencing lately. I’ll be recommending you to all my friends and family :)
