Don’t trust Salary Finance

Applied for a loan, and was approved for the full amount and term requested. Requested to be able to consolidate debt so that I can have more financial freedom. Despite being approved, their system has locked me out of the account so that I cannot sign for it. They have made no efforts to actually fix it, everyone you talk to gives a different response. They advised that my loan offer would expire in 1 month due to the fact that the technical glitch is not my fault, I’m now being told it’s going to expire in 1 week and they still have not fixed it. I have been physically sick from the stress this has caused me. I have asked to speak to a manager but I got ‘no not possible. The manager will have to call me back - no idea if this will happen. No one has an answer. Being told I will have to reapply once they fix the issue now, but there’s no sign of the issue even being fixed. They say in their opening message that their priority is our financial wellbeing, but this has impacted both my financial and emotional wellbeing and no one is doing anything to resolve this for me. Complaint has been raised and complete faith lost in their service.
