Where is my parcel

Where is my parcel? No way to find out with Evri. It was supposed to be here two weeks ago but they "missed a connection". You try the chat and they tell you it's on its way, several times - but nothing happens. It is not a difficult job but Evri have failed miserably.

Zimbabwe adventure

Just returned from a fabulous trip to Zimbabwe organised by Tribes Travel. This time Christine put together a super tour including a couple of nights in Victoria Falls and then out into the wilds of Hwange National Park. What an adventure. Stayed in some very special places and came back with unforgettable memories. From initial discussions to in-country support Christine and the team were there for us every step of the journey. Planning for the next trip starts now!

Disappointing

Disappointing. Tried booking through a TUI travel shop but staff did not seem to know how to use the system properly. Easy to book on line but then you are unable to contact TUI when you have a query. Despite saying they will respond within 72 hours am still waiting.
