The absolute worst company ever
The absolute worst company ever. We decided to try the bottom loader m. It cones after two weeks… guy doesn’t take the old one. We live in a second floor walk up and have Prinary Progressive MS… I can’t walk up and down the stairs without help, let alone lug those things back and forth. We try the bottom loader, doesn’t work. They say they’re sending a new one, and give us a time to put it out back in the parking lot. We do it. He never comes. Now I have two machines in my tiny apt. The second one comes.. it also doesn’t work lol. He never comes to pick those two up. The customer service people let you “vent” while just talking to you about appts. They never address. So the next appt… 3 months later, he actually picks them up. But they wanted us to tip him for that… again!!! Smh. So now… he drops all the the new water bottles today on the FRONT PORCH OF THE LAW OFFICE DOWNSTAIRS AND LEEEEEAVES ALL THE OLD WATER BOTTLES in the back lot!!! That’s not our lot, we get in trouble when he leaves stuff blocking the stairs etc… AND IM IMMOBILE!!! So my poor husband.. is lugging bottles from the law buildings porch all the way back to the back and up 2 and 1/2 flights of stairs!! I wrote on here about them not brining the water up a few years ago, they wrote back and asked for my info to ensure it never happened again. It’s only gotten exponentially worst … I can’t begin to articulate how upsetting this company is. Neighbors have helped me when I’m alone, and I always tip anyway. Idk what kind of day he’s had. There’s room for compassion… but this is insane. The best adjective for them is DISGUSTING. If they don’t pick up your bottles, YOU HAVE TO PAY lol! Do you know how much money we’ve paid for THEIR MISTAKES !!??
