Could not be more satisfied!

I live in Norway and really wanted a dress that only shipped within the UK. Googled myself to death trying to find a shipping forwarding Company to ship from UK to Norway. Found ForwardVia, and thought i would give it a try. Let me tell u I was in in shock when it took them only one hour(!!!) to open and register the dress for me to pick how i wanted it shipped! And the shipped it the day after! Would give them 10 stars if possible! GOT mye dress today and so happy!

Stay away

Stay away! Bought a skirt the first time that was damaged and bought the same skirt a week after. Haven’t even received my last package from UPS because Nastygal decided it would be fun to suddenly put an»signature required upon delivery» requist. When I asked then about it they they they had nothing to do with it and now UPS says that the package all of a sudden didnt need a signature after all. Convinient that Nastygal pulled the required signature right after complaining to them. Now UPS has lost my package because of this and they take no responsibility. If the delivery service lost an item, you dont get any help. 100 $ gone and no skirt and Joe from Nastygal refuse to help. Save your time and money and shop somewhere that had better quality and better customer service. Never agaian!

I've checked it out for you and can see your order placed on the 9th June isn't due for delivery until the 23rd June, as this would be the 10th working day. Your tracking should update nearer this date with more delivery information so please keep an eye on this.
