Please do not order. We placed an order for a couch and the wrong couch was delivered to us. Which is quite insane if you think that they only had one item that needed to be shipped correctly. But even if I overlook that their customer care is terrible. We encountered this extremely arrogant person who was asking us coordinate ourselves with the delivery company to figure out how we can get the right couch. He made it sound like it was OUR FAULT that we got the wrong couch. Also after waiting 4 days when we called to get a solution he was like oh wait a few more working days. We asked if they will place a new order for us with the right couch he said we will see what we can do! UNBELIEVABLE!
Please don't spend your money here. Buy from bolia they have a much better service and care a lot about customer experience

They are one of the best moving services I have ever used..Berat called in the morning to let us know way in advance what time we can expect them. We had to do nothing since they arrived. They took care of everything. We had an enormous amount of stuff and it took them 7 hours to move everything, even though they were super fast and didn't take any breaks.Initial estimation was of 4 hours and they had to do double of that time, but they didn't complain. I even got a call explaining the extra costs which was super nice as you know what you will be paying rather than just getting an invoice in the end. They were extremely careful and caused no damage. Thanks to Berat and Paul for all their hard work today. Anyone considering moving, I would highly recommend them :)

We placed a huge order of thousands of euros with Sohome on 21st of April and we never received our order. Every day we call customer care to check when will the order ship, they lie and say oh tonight definitely. We wait and then nothing. Everyday the same story. Still no answer or shipping. They continue to lie and buy time. The order was of almost 4000 euros along with all the time and effort on back and forth with the company. The money and time is lost - best to avoid this company altogether
