A bit of turbulent experience

Update: we got a call from Nina who was amazing and helped us out with placing a new order. Also apologized for her colleague.We are still waiting for our couch
Please do not order. We placed an order for a couch and the wrong couch was delivered to us. Which is quite insane if you think that they only had one item that needed to be shipped correctly. But even if I overlook that their customer care is terrible. We encountered this extremely arrogant person who was asking us coordinate ourselves with the delivery company to figure out how we can get the right couch. He made it sound like it was OUR FAULT that we got the wrong couch. Also after waiting 4 days when we called to get a solution he was like oh wait a few more working days. We asked if they will place a new order for us with the right couch he said we will see what we can do! UNBELIEVABLE!
Please don't spend your money here. Buy from bolia they have a much better service and care a lot about customer experience
