ParentShield staff are always on hand when I need them. They are efficient and always get any issues sorted (issues that are self imposed 99% of the time). The peace of mind knowing that my child is safe according to MY standards is such a weight off my shoulders! The new tariffs are amazing, especially as my daughter gets older and more responsible. I have the extra security without the limitations of minimal data. Yes, maybe you could get the offer cheaper, but not with the safety, peace of mind and definitely not the exceptional customer service!
