Awful service I ordered beginning of May I still haven't got it delivered it to me
And I don't understand French emails I get from delivery service is all in French I have no way to access to any information of my parcel.
I made order from Canada Ontario .
Delivery company never drop anything on my door
Company should never charge on my credit card.
Very disappointed on delivery service. Your company should hire ems Canada post

Christine, we sent you several emails to deal with your order because of the country it was supposed to be shipped to (Canada). It was our first time shipping there and we wanted to make sure everything was crystal clear. You never replied to us, and that's why we didn't go through with your order. We never charged your credit card either, we were waiting for your reply and for you to get your order. I hope we can work this out.
